Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Socialmap. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We aim to be fair and clear.
1. Operator and acceptance
Socialmap is operated by Output Social (output.cz) from the Czech Republic (EU). By requesting an analysis or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Description of the service
Socialmap is a tool that uses AI to analyze short vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and returns recommendations, scores, and suggestions. The service is in beta, features, pricing, and accuracy may change or be temporarily unavailable.
3. Eligibility
You may use the service if you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
4. Acceptable uploads
Only upload your own content or content for which you hold the necessary rights and the consent of any people shown. You may not upload content that is illegal, violent, hateful, NSFW, infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy), or contains malware. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms or endangers the service.
5. Your content and license
You retain all rights to your videos. By uploading a video, you grant us only a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license necessary to process the video, pass it to the AI provider for processing, and deliver your result. This license ends when the video is deleted after analysis. We do not use your videos to train our own models or for any purpose beyond providing the analysis.
6. Nature of AI outputs
Outputs are generated by AI and are intended as guidance, not a guaranteed outcome. They may contain inaccuracies. The tool evaluates mainly the picture and content of the video; it does not reliably judge audio quality (e.g. echo, noise, intonation) and does not factor such aspects in. You always make the final decisions about your content.
7. Acceptable use and limits
We apply basic rate limits and a daily capacity to keep the service available for everyone. You may not abuse the service: circumvent limits, flood it with automated requests, interfere with its security, gain unauthorized access, or probe it to defeat protections. If you hit a limit, wait a moment and try again.
8. Intellectual property
The Socialmap application, its design, logo, brand, and code are protected and remain the property of the operator. These terms grant you no rights to our brand or software beyond ordinary use of the service.
9. Service availability
We provide the service 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific speed, or freedom from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time, especially during the beta phase.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analysis results will lead to any particular reach, views, or business outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the service. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Czech and EU law that cannot validly be waived; those remain intact.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you upload in breach of these terms (e.g. copyright or privacy infringement).
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post material changes on this page and update the date below. By continuing to use the service after a change, you agree to the new version.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your EU country of residence. If you are a consumer, you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution; in the Czech Republic the competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
